Article 1: Purpose and scope

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern sales of products/services by Travel with a planner, natural person

Any order implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer and its full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 2: Products and services

The essential characteristics of products, services and their prices respective are made available to the buyer on the website of the Company. The customer certifies having received details of the payment terms and execution of the contract.

Article 3: Price

The prices of the products/services are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT + other possible taxes) excluding participation in costs processing and shipping. Travel With A Planner reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. moment. However, the prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of confirmation.

Article 4: Orders and payment terms

The customer validates their order by clicking on the “Order” button. He certifies having read these General Terms and Conditions. An email from order confirmation is sent by Travel with a planner.

Payment is due immediately on the order date. THE customer can make payment by credit card, transfer, cash.

Article 5: Delivery

The products/services are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when of his order within [X] working days.

In the event of late delivery, the customer has the possibility of terminate the contract under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right to withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely, without having to justify its decision.

Article 7: Guarantees

Travel with a planner guarantees the conformity of the products to the contract, allowing the customer to make a request under the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-4 et seq. code of consumption or guarantee of defects of the thing sold within the meaning of articles 1641 and following of the civil code.

Article 8: Liability

Travel with a planner cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages which could arise due to the purchase of the products.

Travel with a planner cannot be held responsible for all inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the network Internet.

Article 9: Intellectual property

All elements of the travelwithaplanner.com site are and remain the property intellectual and exclusive from Travel with a planner. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason it is, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or audio.

Article 10: Personal data

Travel with a planner undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the customer on the site and process in compliance with the Data Protection Act of January 6 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of Council of April 27, 2016.

Article 11: Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the application of Belgian law. In case dispute, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
